When will my order ship?

All handmade items are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 business days. Pins and patches are ready to ship. Please allow an additional 5-7 processing days for laser cut wood items and orders that require customization. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which takes approximately 2-7 days for US delivery and 2-5 weeks for International delivery. We are currently shipping every Friday.

If you order apparel or accessories from our Threadless store please note that Threadless handles all of the production and shipping, so if you have any inquiries about a Threadless order you should contact them directly at shop.support@threadless.com.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order. Most of my items are very lightweight, weighing only 1-3oz each. You can add items to your cart to calculate the exact shipping cost, but here are my rates:

    UNITED STATES
    • US orders up to 12oz ship for $3.00
    • US orders 13oz-2lb ship for $6.00
    • US orders 2lb + ship for $10
    • All US orders over $30 ship FREE!

    INTERNATIONAL
    • International orders up to 8oz ship for $13.30
    • International orders up to 32oz ship for $22.33
    • International orders up to 20lb ship for $48.93

    Can I track my order?

    All orders come with free USPS tracking, which we email to you once your order is being completed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking page to begin updating. 

    Tracking hasn't updated. What's going on?

    Please be aware that once we hand your package to the USPS, the package is not in our control -- inquires about the package in transit can be directed to the United States Postal Service customer service line at 1-800-275-8777. But in the rare event that you have a big issue, please contact us here.

    My order never arrived and/or it wasn't delivered. Where is it?

    First, please check the shipment confirmation e-mail that was sent to you. Click on the tracking number link to see if it tells you any information.

    My order appears to be stuck in transit.

    If your order appears to be at a standstill, we recommend contacting the United States Postal Service customer service line at 1-800-275-8777. They will ask for the tracking number that we sent to your email upon shipment, and they’ll open a case to search for it. Unfortunately, we cannot dedicate time to inquiring and following up about delayed or lost orders once they are in transit -- but if your order never arrives please contact us here.

    The tracking says my order was delivered but I can’t find it.

    If the tracking page says that your order was delivered, but it's not yet in your possession -- don't worry! The USPS system updates the tracking when your local post office scans it as Delivered. However, these tracking updates are not always exact to the minute, and the order may still be on its way to you. We also recommend waiting 1-2 days to see if your local post office may have scanned it incorrectly. It may instead show up tomorrow! We also recommend checking with the main office or front desk if you live in an apartment complex. This happens frequently enough to warrant mentioning it in our FAQ.

    Can you explain how the YAYFLAIR code works?

    Sure! Add any four pins, patches, buttons, or button sets to your cart and use code "YAYFLAIR" at checkout. The code will make your least expensive item FREE! Yay! Please note that each listing counts as one item. So a set of six buttons or a set of two lapel pins will only count as one (1) item in the buy-3-get-1-free deal.

    Where are you located?

    New Jersey, USA. I do not offer local pickup, even if you live so close we're practically neighbors (sorry!) However, I occasionally participate in art fairs so keep your eyes peeled on my blog or instagram for updates on when I might be selling my products locally.

    What about customs fees?

    For overseas buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

    What is your return policy?

    Every item that we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if you find that your item is defective or damaged, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery in exchange for either a replacement item or store credit. Please note that returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged merchandise, and that the shipping fee is not refundable. We do not accept returns if you buy two sizes of a dress to see which one will fit. Please consult our size chart featured in every dress listing before purchasing as we only accept returns on dresses that are defective or damaged.

    If you need to make a return, please contact our customer service team and they will respond with return instructions. Please ensure that all shipping address information is correct at checkout, as packages returned to us by the postal carrier due to an insufficient address are subject to a shipping fee for the repeated shipping and handling.

    We reserve the right to cancel orders that seem fraudulent or suspicious.

    Can I combine the free shipping offer with a coupon code?

    Yes you can! Free US shipping applies to all orders of $30 or more and it's applied automatically in your cart. Feel free to use a coupon code in addition to the free shipping offer. 

    Please note - coupon codes issued for free shipping cannot be combined with other offers since only one coupon can be used per order.

    Free Shipping only applies to kategabrielle.com and is not applicable in our Threadless store.

    Can I combine two coupon codes?

    Sorry, only one coupon code can be applied per order. And some items, such as custom laser cut items and dresses are exempt from codes. Items that are exempt are noted as such in their item descriptions.

    Why isn't my HELLOAGAIN or MORESTUFF coupon code working?

    As of November 2019 we have discontinued these coupon codes and they are no longer valid. Please feel free to use one of our codes like "PINSGALORE" to get 4 pins for the price of three, or "GREETINGS" to get 5 greeting cards for the price of 4. We are still striving to offer whatever deals we can afford, but unfortunately we're unable to offer a blanket percentage off of all orders anymore.

    Where can I find square frames?

    If you'd like to purchase my square art prints but aren't sure where to find frames for them, fear not! You can usually find square frames at most art supply stores and home goods stores like Target or K-Mart. Amazon also has square frames in the same sizes I offer -- you can find 4x4 frames here, 8x8 frames here, and 11x11 frames here.

    Sometimes I'll approach bloggers that I respect and admire, but I do not respond to requests for free merchandise.

    Mulder or Scully?

    Good question! I tend to be a very rational person, which makes me relate to Scully's point of view more. However, Mulder's innate weirdness, dry humor and childlike wonder make him not only my favorite X-Files character, but one of my favorite tv characters of all time.
